To make a reservation, we need:
- your arrival and departure date and time
- your credit card number and expiration date
- a deposit for 1 night room and tax

Cancellation policy:
If cancelled 14 days or more in advance you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.
If cancelled less than 14 days, you will be responsible for the 1st night for each room, plus tax. |
Policies:
- Your well-behaved children are welcome (12 years and over).
- Pets allowed (Credit Card guarantee asked for potential damage).
- We strongly recommand that you purchase travel insurance. We are not reseponsible for flight delays, flight cancellations, health issues or weather-related problems (including hurricanes). For instance TRAVEL GUARD INSURANCE or INSUREMYTRIP.
- No refund will be issued for an early departure.
- We are not responsible for theft, damage or injury during your stay at THE CARIBBEAN HOUSE.
- A $25 replacement fee will be charged in the event of a lost room key.
- All rooms are NON-SMOKING, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to you, if you smoke in the room, and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
- For safety reasons, no cooking appliances are allowed.
